C19th Portuguese Faience Two Handle Urn and Pedestal

A fine quality, late 19th century Portuguese faience two -handled urn, of campana form, moulded with fruiting vines and acanthus, with two bearded mask handles.

The pedestal, glazed to simulate marble, above a moulded central band of scrolling foliate emblem and a reeded lower section.

Portugal Circa 1880
