Funky Pair of C20th Toile Peinte Drum Chairs after a Cecil Beaton Model
A very interesting and funky pair of mid to late 20th century tole peinte “Drum” chairs , after the painted wooden, leather and rope drum chair , designed in 1935 by Cecil Beaton for his Circus themed bedroom at Ashcombe, in Wiltshire.
This toile chairs painted with line decoration. The curved spoon form back above a seat in the form of a drum.
Ideal for a bedroom or bathroom.
