For example, currently we stock a wonderful French commode, also called chest of drawers. This fine Fine Quality Late 18th Cent French Directoire Commode has elegant proportions. This late 18th century French mahogany commode has good colour and retains the original brass mountings and marble top.

Louis XVI Gilt wood and oak mirror
Another good example of French antiques is this Louis XVI Gilt wood and oak mirror. This unusual 18th century, Louis XVI gilt wood and oak mirror, retains its original plate and the upper part is carved with festoons and profile portrait of an Oriental. Dated circa 1780/1790 it is a wonderful French antique measuring 75 cm x 53 cm
