Outstanding 18th Century Italian Painted Bed in Original Paint
An outstanding, and retaining the original paint and Polychromy, late 18th century Italian double bed, that will make a statement in most bedrooms.
The piece has been restored by us in our workshop and we have added the new pine slabs in the base for the mattress support.
This bed dismantles in various pieces. The four posters with the original faux marbling and water-gilt decoration.
The headboard with a garland of flowers and a crown with initials. Beautiful colour.
Measurements: 215cm High x 153cm Wide ( 5ft ) x 200cm Length x 44cm High ( floor to bottom of the mattress )
