A very rare and unusual, carved American Pine wood, large scale advertising sign in the form of a Crab. The main body of the Crab is beautifully carved, with undulating curves along the shell.

Circa 1900, and from New England, this wall mounted sign would of been used to advertise fresh Crab and Lobster for sale, at only 10 cents a pound. This piece would make an impressive statement in any room.
