Stylish Pair of 1950s Spanish Alabaster Table Lamps
An elegant and stylish pair of Spanish alabaster table lamps dating from the 1950s, recently rewired for the UK market, with beautifully carved architectural bases and warm, naturally translucent alabaster shades.
Each lamp has a shaped column rising from a stepped square plinth, with a carved geometric detail at the centre. The alabaster has an attractive creamy ivory tone with the subtle variations and veining characteristic of natural stone.
