Late 17th / Early 18th Century French Aubusson Tapestry

A good , late 17th / early 18th century French Aubusson tapestry in wool and silk .
In a rich undergrowth, flowery and luxuriant, in the middle of a forest, on the banks of a river with cascades, basks, in the foreground, an elegant wader. We can see a castle, ruins and bridges in perspective against the background. Border with sowing of basins of flowers and stylised foliage wrapped in Prussian blue. Restorations and reduced in size.
