Set of Eight Mid 20th Century black and red painted chairs in the Hepplewhite taste

An elegant set of 8, mid 20th century French painted dining chairs in the Hepplewhite taste, with black and red paint , comprising a set of six chairs and two carvers.
This elegant set has been attributed to the French designer and decorator , Pierre Lottier.
Pierre Lottier moved to Barcelona in the 1940s where he carried most of his work and had a store.
Pierre famously designed Ava Gardner’s home in Barcelona.
These elegant set of dining chairs have been recently reupholstered by us in a neutral linen.
