Fine Quality French Ormolu & Marble Gueridon / Sofa Table in the Style of Adam Weisweiler
A fine quality, circa 1960s/70s French occasional table / gueridon, in the style of Adam Weisweiler, with ormolu mounted marble top & fine detailed faux bamboo & hoof foot ormolu base. Excellent quality and goof proportions.
Adam Weisweiler (1744 — 1820) was a pre-eminent French master cabinetmaker (ébéniste) in the Louis XVI period, working in Paris.
