Finely Carved Wooden Mirror in the shape of a Tear

A finely carved , late 19th century wooden mirror in the shape of a tear drop, decorated with acanthus leaves.

The upper part with a bouquet of acanthus leaves and rosettes, the lower part forming a small console.

The mirror hand scrapped to reveal the original finish. Original mirror plate.

Great quality and lovely design. Circa 1880/1920
