Stunning C19th Six Panel Chinoiserie Lacquered Folding Screen from Howth Castle, Dublin
A superb, 19th century Chinoiserie six panel lacquered folding screen , of large proportions. One side painted with two figures amongst trees and flowers with exotic birds perched on branches and flying above. The other side, each panel painted with five gold framed vignettes containing different views, against a red ground. Wear and tear at the back as per pictures, commemsurate with age and use.
