At Tetbury we have a beautiful antiques shop in a large early Georgian building in Long Street. The interior with the original stone flag entrance floor and retaining the original oak floors, wonderful framed staircase, and very fine plaster ceilings and panelling. All this giving a wonderful feeling to the shop. We specialise in European antique furniture including French antiques, Swedish antiques, Spanish antiques, and antiques from many other European countries. We also stock a great selection of handpicked decorative antiques, as well as antique mirrors and good lighting and a large selection of antique leather luggage by such designers as Louis Vuitton, Goyard, Finnigans of Bond Street, Asprey's, Harrods and many others.
We have also a large selection of French and Swedish armchairs and sofas, as well as dining chairs, all reupholstered by us in our workshops where we use only the finest linens and fabrics by some of the best known designers . You can be assured that whichever fabric we have used on the antique chairs or sofas, the quality shows.
In addition we have many cabinets displaying wonderful miniatures, collectables, objets d’art, glassware and more.
The historic Cotswold town of Tetbury has a vast array of independent retail shops including Highgrove Shop and boasts one of the largest concentrations of antique shops in the country outside London.
Tetbury is a beautiful town with all the amenities to make your day out more exciting. There are plenty of wonderful walks and places to visit, including Highgrove nearby.
The nearest train station is Kemble, but also Swindon/ Bath/ Bristol or Cheltenham are nearby and we are about 1hour and 45 min from London.

LAPADA is the Trade association for professional art and antique dealers and was the first antiques trade association to introduce a Code of Practice, the purpose of which is to reassure the public and give them confidence when they make a purchase from a member. All members have agreed to abide by this strict Code of Practice and in the unlikely event of a dispute, the Association's free Conciliation Service.
In addition to the protection afforded by the Code of Practice the LAPADA Code of Practice also ensures that all items for sale must be clearly and correctly labelled including the price. LAPADA members are not permitted to use confusing codes.
When you buy from a LAPADA member you will be given a written invoice stating their trading name, address and telephone number, date of sale, brief description of the item(s) - including the approximate date, any major restoration or alteration to the item since original manufacture - and the price paid.
