18th Century French Louis XVI Commode by André Antoine Lardin
A fine quality, late 18th century French, Louis XVI Period satinwood and amaranth chest of drawers/ commode. The curved front opening to four drawers on three rows, the later replaced marble top resting on rounded uprights ended by small cambered feet. Original bronze mounts.
Stamped by André Antoine Lardin, cabinetmaker received master in 1750.
